Order Cancellation Rule
Once full payment is received, production preparation will be initiated. After payment confirmation, order cancellation will not be accepted, and no refund will be issued for buyer‑initiated cancellation or change‑of‑mind.

If your pipa arrives damaged in transit or has substantial manufacturing defects, you must contact us by email info@silkroadlute.com and submit clear photos/videos together with original packaging within 48 hours after delivery. After our inspection, we will arrange professional repair or instrument replacement as our solution.
Minor natural variations
Minor natural differences including wood grain variations are inherent features of solid wood handcrafted instruments. These are not considered defects and cannot be grounds for refund or return.
