SHIPPING POLICY

       Lead Time

Upon order confirmation, the pipa is a hand‑crafted musical instrument with a production lead time of 3‑4 months. Production will only commence after signing an offline sales contract. The total lead‑time including production and sea freight is approximately 4‑5 months, subject to actual shipping schedule.

      Shipping & Packaging

Products are shipped with protective packaging. String tuning shall be performed by buyer upon receipt. Goods are packed in non‑fumigated fully‑enclosed plywood wooden crates. Packed as over‑sized cargo. Product price does NOT include sea freight. Sea freight will be quoted separately once delivery destination is confirmed. Import duties, customs clearance fees and all local charges at destination country shall be fully borne by the buyer. Such charges are not included in product price nor sea freight cost.

Processing Time

‑ In‑stock accessory items: Orders will be processed within 5‑8 business days after full payment is confirmed.
‑ Custom‑made pipa instruments: Full payment is required before we start manufacturing. Production lead‑time is 3‑4 months. After production is finished, we will send finished‑product photos and videos for your confirmation. Shipping will be arranged only after your confirmation. Production lead‑time is 3‑4 months from full payment confirmation, excluding international shipping transit time.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide via international courier or sea freight services.
Shipping cost will be quoted separately for each order, based on item weight, volume and destination country.

Import Duties & Customs

Buyers are responsible for all import duties, customs taxes and local clearance fees charged by your country. We have no control over customs inspection and related charges.

Delivery Time

Estimated international transit time: 30‑45 business days. This is only an estimate; delays may occur due to customs clearance, peak seasons, sea‑shipping schedules and local logistics situations.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

Please inspect your package immediately upon receipt.
Report any damage within 48 hours after delivery with photos and videos.
This rule applies both to in‑stock accessories and custom‑finished pipa instruments.
We will assist you for insurance claim if parcel is lost or damaged in transit.
