By browsing and placing inquiries on this website, you agree to the following terms.

1. Product Description & Price
All prices shown on this website are for reference only, especially for hand‑made custom pipa instruments. Final price will be confirmed via our official quotation.

2. Custom‑Made Pipa (Final Sale, No Cancellation)
Full payment must be completed before we begin manufacturing of your custom pipa. Production lead‑time is 3‑4 months.
Once production has commenced after full payment, orders cannot be cancelled for buyer‑initiated reasons. No refunds will be issued if you change your mind or decide not to proceed after payment.
Custom pipa orders are final sale. No returns or refunds.

3. In‑stock Accessories
Accessory goods follow our Refund and Returns Policy, eligible for return within the agreed period under non‑damaged condition.

4. Quotation & Order
After you receive and accept our formal quotation, full payment shall be made to place your custom pipa order. We do not accept partial deposit payments for pipa orders.

5. Website Usage

6. Modification of Terms
